At this time, we at Cascade Eye Care are following CDC guidelines.
If you have an appointment, you'll need to wear a face mask for your appointment, even if you're vaccinated. If you don't have one, we'll provide one for you. Cloth masks are acceptable, but please don't wear a bandana or a gaiter. We are not locking the front door anymore, so please come through the front door as normal. However, we will ask if you've had any Covid-19 symptoms in the past 2 weeks or if you have been exposed.
